After building this model and doing extensive research, Ive become a new fan of the Stuka Dive Bomber: Though considered obsolete by the actual start of WWII, there was no other aircraft in Russia and Britian that struck fear in those that encountered them. They were Deadly Dive Bombers... Unfortunately there are only two Stuka's left in the World in complete form today, and one of them is in Chicago.
Back to the Model- I really put a lot of time and effort into building this model, and made a Desert Tyger, which turned out pretty cool! Most pieces and molding fitted really well, except the small bomb holder on each wing, didn't like the molding, fit and style, so I decided to leave them off. The wing brakes molding, looks flimsy, and too much distant to the wing, so I trimmed them down a little, and put them slightly back, of suggested position on the box and I was satisfied with those corrections. The only other thing was the Clear Plastic canopy, I have mine in the traditional...
